1. The Jewish Question: A Global, Undeniable Problem

Why discuss the Jewish Question? Because it is here, and because its emergence into American thought should contribute to its solution, and not to a continuance of those bad conditions which surround the Question in other countries.

An undeniable presence. The author asserts that the "Jewish Question" is not a fancy but a stark reality, present in the United States and globally, demanding open discussion despite widespread Gentile reluctance and Jewish efforts to suppress it. This issue, long recognized by Jews themselves, is now reaching an acute stage in America, touching upon financial, commercial, political, and cultural spheres.

Suppression breeds problems. Attempts to silence or evade the discussion, often through accusations of "anti-Semitism," only exacerbate the problem, leading to undesirable outcomes. The author argues that a frank, intelligent examination is necessary to prevent the "Question" from erupting in destructive forms, as it has in other nations.

Beyond prejudice. While acknowledging the existence of prejudice, the author insists that the core of the "Jewish Question" is not religious intolerance or simple dislike, but rather the observable, disproportionate power and control wielded by a small Jewish minority over Gentile society, which demands an explanation.

2. Jewish Financial Supremacy and International Control

Poor in his masses, he yet controls the world's finances.

Unrivaled financial power. The text claims that despite the existence of poor Jews, the Jewish race as a whole holds unparalleled control over global finance, trade, and natural resources. This control is not merely a result of individual success but an extension of a unified, international financial network.

American dominance. In the United States, Jewish financiers are said to control major businesses, trusts, banks, and key agricultural products like tobacco, cotton, and sugar. This influence extends to department stores, residential property, and the theatrical world, making New York a "principal paradise of gain" and the "New Jerusalem."

A super-capitalism. The author posits the existence of a "super-capitalism" supported by the fiction that gold is wealth, and a "super-government" allied to no nation yet influencing all. This international financial power, predominantly Jewish, is presented as the true force behind global economic changes, often at the expense of both Gentile capital and labor.

3. Strategic Business Innovation and Economic Exploitation

The Jew is the only and original international capitalist, but as a rule he prefers not to emblazon that fact upon the skies; he prefers to use Gentile banks and trust companies as his agents and instruments.

Ingenious business methods. The text attributes the invention of many indispensable instruments of credit and exchange to Jewish merchants, including the bill of exchange, promissory note, and "payable to bearer" checks. These innovations, initially for self-protection and trade among themselves, were later used to "check and hold the Gentiles."

Concealed control. A key Jewish business method is the use of "Gentile fronts" to mask Jewish control over businesses and financial institutions. This allows Jewish capital to operate discreetly, avoiding public scrutiny and maintaining an invisible hand in various industries.

Exploiting adversity. Historically, when Jews were restricted in certain trades, they adapted by excelling in others, such as the secondhand clothing market or the waste product business. This resourcefulness, combined with a focus on profit over "idealistic slush," has led to their dominance in industries like fur, jewelry, and entertainment, often at the public's expense.

4. The Unified "All-Judaan": A State Within States

Judaism is the most closely organized power on earth, even more than the British Empire.

A nation apart. The author asserts that Jews constitute a distinct "nation within nations," maintaining a unique identity and solidarity regardless of their country of residence. This "All-Judaan" operates as a global state, with its own government, policy, and records, often denied to Gentiles but openly acknowledged among Jews.

International organization. This "All-Judaan" is described as having a "wonderfully organized" government, with Paris, London, and New York serving as its capitals. It leverages capital and journalism as its primary means of power, exercising world government while other states are limited to national governance.

Strategic alliances. The text claims that "All-Judaan" uses other nations' military power, such as the British fleet, to protect its economic interests, in return for political and territorial support. This intricate web of alliances and influence ensures the furtherance of the Jewish world plan.

5. Manipulation of the Press to Shape Public Opinion

We must control or influence the papers of the whole world in order to blind and deceive the people.

Press as a tool. The Protocols explicitly outline a plan to control the press, recognizing it as a powerful force for shaping public opinion. This control is achieved through various means, including ownership, influence over news agencies, and the strategic use of "official," "semi-official," and "opposition" organs.

Confusing the public. The strategy involves disseminating conflicting opinions and "senseless, filthy and disgusting literature" to confuse the Gentile public, making them lose interest in political questions and accept the narratives presented by the controlled press. This creates a vacuum for the "super-government" to operate unseen.

Suppression and propaganda. The Jewish press is accused of misrepresenting Gentiles while the non-Jewish press is said to offer misrepresentative praise of Jews, often due to fear of economic repercussions. Any publication daring to discuss the "Jewish Question" critically faces organized boycotts and suppression, ensuring that "no one will print their writings" if they oppose the Jewish agenda.

6. Political Subjugation Through Controlled Leaders

We will manipulate the election of Presidents whose past contains some undisclosed dark affair, some 'Panama,' then they will be faithful executors of our orders from fear of exposure and from the natural desire of every man who has attained a position of authority to retain the privileges, emoluments and the dignity associated with the position of President.

Exploiting political weaknesses. The Protocols detail a strategy to manipulate political systems by promoting "liberalism" and "democracy" to destabilize Gentile governments. They advocate for frequent changes in leadership and the selection of officials, particularly presidents, whose "past contains some undisclosed dark affair," making them susceptible to blackmail and control.

"Untrained" administrators. Gentile administrators, often lacking governmental training, are seen as easily becoming "pawns" in the game, guided by "learned and talented counsellors" who are Jewish specialists. This allows Jewish interests to exert influence from behind the scenes, even in the highest offices.

Party control. The division of society into political parties is viewed as advantageous, as it creates a need for money to carry on party struggles, which the Jewish "super-government" possesses. This financial leverage allows them to control all parties, ensuring that "in order to carry on a party struggle it is necessary to have money, and we have it all."

7. Bolshevism: A Jewish Tool for Gentile Disintegration

Bolshevism aims at the overthrow of existing society and the establishment of an international brotherhood of men who work with their hands as rulers of the world. The second movement aims for the establishment of a new racial domination of the world. So far as the British, French and our own department's inquiry have been able to trace, the moving spirits in the second scheme are Jewish radicals.

Jewish origins of Bolshevism. The text explicitly claims that Bolshevism is not a Russian but a Jewish institution, a "long-planned coup to establish the domination of a race." It asserts that the Soviet form of government is an ancient Jewish invention (Kahal) and that Jewish individuals, like Trotsky (Braunstein), are the true leaders and brains behind the movement.

Control of the Soviet apparatus. Statistics are presented to show overwhelming Jewish representation in key Soviet commissariats, including war, foreign affairs, finance, justice, public instruction, and social assistance, with some committees being 100% Jewish. This is presented as evidence of a deliberate Jewish takeover.

Exporting revolution. The author suggests that "Jewish idealism and Jewish discontent" that "powerfully contributed to accomplish in Russia" are now "tending to promote in other countries" the same revolutionary upheaval. This is framed as a "dress-rehearsal" for a broader world program, with American Jewry playing a significant role in its support and funding.

8. The "Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion": A Blueprint for World Rule

The Protocols are a World Program—there is no doubt anywhere of that.

A comprehensive plan. The "Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion" are presented as a detailed, long-standing blueprint for Jewish world subjugation, not a recent forgery. They are described as a "terrible completeness of the World Plan" that has been in process of fulfillment for "centuries" and "from ancient times."

Internal evidence of authenticity. The author argues that the documents' consistency, deep knowledge of human nature and statecraft, and the precise alignment of their predictions with actual world events (e.g., "no annexations" policy, the World War) lend them an undeniable credibility, despite Jewish denials.

Not propaganda, but instruction. The Protocols are characterized not as propaganda to rally support, but as cool, matter-of-fact lecture notes for "carefully prepared and tested initiates of the higher groups," detailing a program already in motion and outlining future steps for achieving universal rule under a Jewish autocrat.

9. Deliberate Demoralization and Division of Gentile Society

To divert over-restless people from discussing political questions, we shall now bring forward new problems apparently connected with them—problems of industry.

Disintegration through ideas. The core method of the Protocols is "disintegration," achieved by corrupting collective opinion and sowing "the poison of liberalism." This involves promoting numerous conflicting, utopian ideas to confuse Gentiles, destroy social solidarity, and prevent unified thought or action.

Luxury and vice as tools. The plan includes stimulating a "strong demand for luxuries—all enticing luxuries" to destroy Gentile industry, deplete capital, and demoralize the youth. This, along with encouraging alcohol use and "senseless, filthy and disgusting literature," aims to enervate Gentiles mentally, physically, and morally.

Undermining faith and family. The Protocols advocate for undermining faith in God and soul, replacing them with "mathematical calculations and material desires," and discrediting Gentile clergy. They also aim to "break down the influence of family life among the Gentiles," further weakening societal structures.

10. The Plan to Deprive Gentiles of Land and Independence

The aristocracy of the Gentiles as a political force has passed away. We need not take them into consideration. But, as owners of the land, they are harmful to us in that they are independent in their sources of livelihood. Therefore, at all costs, we must deprive them of their land.

Targeting land ownership. The Protocols identify land ownership as a source of Gentile independence, which is "harmful" to the Jewish World Program. The plan is to systematically deprive Gentiles of their land, whether they are aristocrats, peasants, or farmers.

Economic mechanisms of dispossession. This dispossession is achieved by increasing land taxes and mortgage indebtedness, keeping land ownership in "unconditional subordination." Simultaneously, industry and speculation are encouraged to "deplete the land both of laborers and capital," driving Gentiles into the proletariat.

City vs. Country manipulation. A further strategy involves playing the city against the country. By controlling both urban industry and rural agriculture through debt and other leverages, the conspirators can manipulate each sector against the other, preventing unity and ensuring overall control.

11. The Jewish Estimate of Gentile Weakness and Manipulability

People in masses and people of the masses are guided by exceptionally shallow passions, beliefs, customs, traditions and sentimental theories and are inclined toward party divisions, a fact which prevents any form of agreement, even when this is founded on a thoroughly logical basis.

Inherent Gentile flaws. The Protocols are founded on a low estimate of Gentile human nature, viewing them as inherently weak, unintelligent, and easily manipulated. Gentiles are described as being more numerous in "evil instincts" than good, driven by "shallow passions," and prone to "absurd decisions" that lead to anarchy.

Susceptibility to deception. Gentiles are seen as accepting "words for acts," easily satisfied by superficial displays of progress, and readily discouraged by minor failures. Their "self-conceit" and "unconscious naivete" make them susceptible to Jewish suggestions and propaganda, especially when presented as "liberal" or "progressive" ideas.

Lack of unity and foresight. The text claims that Gentiles lack the ability to foresee consequences, invent nothing (except material things), and are incapable of sustained collective action or conspiracy. This inherent disunity and mental laziness are considered the "most powerful ally" of the Jewish World Program, ensuring its success.
