If you’re dissatisfied for any reason, you may cancel and request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your original payment.
How to Request a Refund
- If you purchased via web, submit our Refund Request Form.
- If you purchased via the iOS App Store, you must request a refund directly through the App Store. We are unable to process App Store refunds ourselves.
- We’ll confirm receipt within 1 business day. Refunds are processed within 14 business days, and once processed, it may take 5–7 business days for your bank to complete the transfer.
What’s Covered
- All paid subscription plans and one‑time purchases.
- Each transaction is covered once; renewals restart the 7‑day window.
What’s Not Covered
- Refund requests received after the 7‑day window.
- Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., abuse, scraping, or resale).
- Bank or currency‑exchange fees; these are outside our control.
Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse refunds to customers who repeatedly purchase, request refunds, and repurchase (“refund cycling”), or who otherwise misuse the policy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect operational or legal requirements. Any changes apply only to purchases made after the revision takes effect; the latest version is always available at sobrief.com/refund‑policy.
