Shasta in northern California, serving as a sanctuary for 25,000 Lemurian souls who evacuated underground over 12,000 years ago to escape a devastating thermonuclear war that ravaged the surface. This hidden civilization has since flourished in peace and prosperity, evolving rapidly in consciousness due to its isolation from surface conflicts and hostile extraterrestrial influences. The name "Telos" itself signifies "communication with spirit," reflecting their deep spiritual connection.

Spiritual hierarchy. The decision to move underground was made with the permission and guidance of the Spiritual Hierarchy of the planet. They renovated existing caverns within Mt. Shasta and utilized a vast network of tunnels spanning the globe for evacuation. While they hoped to save all Lemurians, only a fraction could be rescued, highlighting the urgency and scale of the catastrophe that forced them into their subterranean existence.

Awaiting reunion. For millennia, Telosians have maintained their advanced civilization, preserving Lemurian culture and knowledge. Their current mission is to re-establish contact with surface dwellers, preparing humanity for a grand reunion. This merging of civilizations is deemed essential for Earth's collective ascension, as the planet and all its life forms must unite as "ONE Light from below and ONE Light from above" to continue their evolutionary journey.

We are human and physical just like you, except for the fact that our mass consciousness holds thoughts of only Immortality and Perfect Health.

Conscious longevity. Telosians are physical beings, much like surface humans, but their collective consciousness is entirely focused on immortality and perfect health. This profound belief system, combined with their vegetarian diet, allows them to live for hundreds, even thousands, of years in the same body, continuously evolving and accumulating wisdom. High Priest Adama, for instance, has maintained his physical form for over 600 years.

Holistic well-being. Their lifestyle emphasizes physical fitness, with daily exercise through extensive tunnel systems. They view aging as a process that brings greater wisdom and strength, rather than decline. This perspective, coupled with their pristine environment and nutrient-rich organic foods, contributes to their sustained youthfulness and vitality.

Mastering the self. The concept of the "fountain of youth" is not a myth but a state of mind, located within one's own consciousness. Telosians have mastered the ability to restore lost limbs and heal illnesses by working with the etheric body and understanding Universal Laws of Creation. Their long lifespans provide ample opportunity to apply these laws, perfect their skills, and continuously expand their consciousness, leading to a life of creativity and bliss.

3. Advanced Technology and Sustainable Utopia

Our technology is very advanced compared to the surface, and we have special equipment that perfectly aligns our homes and buildings to the Earth’s magnetic grids in such a way that stabilizes our structures so that they are earthquake safe.

Harmonious engineering. Telos boasts highly advanced technology, seamlessly integrated with nature and Universal Laws. Their homes are round, made of crystal-like stone that emits light and provides privacy while allowing outward vision. Crucially, their structures are designed to withstand Earth's movements, aligning with magnetic grids to ensure earthquake safety, a stark contrast to surface vulnerabilities.

Clean energy and resources. Telosians utilize electromagnetic and crystal energy for all their needs, including transportation through vast tunnel networks and atmospheric control. This "clean" energy produces no pollution or waste. Their water supply comes from pristine underground lakes and Inner Earth oceans, managed by control mechanisms that ensure abundance without dams or environmental disruption. All resources are recycled, eliminating landfills and supporting a truly sustainable existence.

Life-enhancing innovations. Beyond structural integrity and clean energy, their technology extends to food production, using hydroponic and organic methods to grow nutrient-rich crops. They also possess sophisticated computer systems, based on amino acids, that link them to the Galactic Confederation and can access Akashic Records, allowing them to recall past lives and monitor planetary conditions. These technologies, along with methods to purify oceans and air, are slated to be shared with the surface population upon emergence.

4. Telepathic Communication and Galactic Network

Our thoughts are Light, and this Language of Light is the universal language which operates from within us at the sub-atomic level, through all frequencies, dimensions, time and space.

Universal language. Telosians communicate primarily through telepathy, a "Language of Light" that transcends physical barriers and operates across all frequencies, dimensions, time, and space. Their thoughts, being light, instantly connect them to anyone they focus on, allowing for direct and instantaneous communication with Ascended Beings and surface dwellers alike. This innate ability is honed through lifetimes of practice.

Astral projection. Beyond telepathy, Telosians regularly practice astral projection, enabling them to travel consciously to any location in the universe, including the surface, while their physical bodies remain in Telos. All planets in your solar system are Hollow, with life both IN and ON them.

The Hollow Earth is home to a highly advanced race of beings, distinct from the Telosians, who originated from other solar systems and have always resided within Earth's core. These beings, mostly ascended souls, have achieved rapid evolution in peace and tranquility due to their deep immersion in Mother Earth's heartbeat and isolation from surface negativity. They live in palatial, round, translucent homes constructed of crystallized stones that radiate life-force energy.

Guardians of knowledge. Mikos, the Head Librarian from the city of Catharia beneath the Aegean Sea, speaks from the Library of Porthologos, an immense repository holding the records of the entire Universe. This living library stores all history on crystal slides, allowing for immersive, firsthand experiences of past events. These Inner Earth beings, along with Telosians, serve as guardians of Earth's history and advanced technologies, awaiting humanity's readiness to receive this knowledge.

6. Earth's Challenges and the Call for Unity

Humanity has fallen asleep, and in their sleep, they have let despots rule and coerce them into a life of terror and poverty.

Surface turmoil. Telosians observe the surface world with dismay, noting the widespread chemical and biological warfare, environmental destruction, and the pervasive influence of dark forces and corrupt governments. They recognize that humanity has unwittingly surrendered its power, leading to cycles of war, poverty, and suffering, mirroring the destructive patterns that led to Lemuria's demise.

Hidden dangers. The book reveals that mines are strewn across the planet, planted by warring nations, and that dark forces are carrying out abductions underground. Surface governments are aware of the subterranean cities but keep their existence "top secret," often collaborating with negative elements. This cover-up prevents humanity from accessing the advanced knowledge and assistance that could alleviate their suffering.

Despite their ability to intervene, Telosians and Inner Earth beings have largely remained hidden to protect their own evolution and prevent their teachings from being rejected or destroyed by an unready mass consciousness. Telosians are readying tunnel entrances and planning to bring their advanced technologies—such as water purification systems, mine removal equipment, and past-life access computers—to the surface. They envision a future where some surface dwellers live underground, and many Telosians reside on the surface, fostering a complete exchange of knowledge and culture.

A new golden age. The reunion promises to usher in a permanent golden age of enlightenment, love, peace, beauty, and prosperity. It will be a time of immense joy, where long-separated families and soul groups will reconnect.
