Sun Tzu, the ancient Chinese strategist, posited that “the supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting.”

Unrestricted Warfare. The book argues that China is already at war with the United States, not through conventional military conflict, but through a strategy known as "unrestricted warfare" or "disintegration warfare." This ancient concept, central to modern Chinese military doctrine, aims to defeat an adversary by targeting its "soft underbelly"—its politics, economy, spirit, and psychology. Since 2006, every Chinese officer, soldier, and sailor has been required to study Sun Tzu's The Art of War.

Deception is paramount. This war is characterized by deception, where Beijing's involvement is concealed, and its actions appear to be self-inflicted problems within the target country. China's strategy focuses on winning without direct combat, using methods that cause massive civilian casualties and decimate social stability, rather than engaging in a shooting war with boots on the ground.

Lethal consequences. The consequences of this covert war are lethal, with hundreds of thousands of American lives lost in recent years due to Chinese-origin threats. These include illegal weaponry, drugs, money, secret agents, bots sowing social chaos, and a deadly virus, all contributing to a complex strategy designed to weaken the United States from within.

2. The Fentanyl Offensive: A "Borrowed Knife" Against America

Fentanyl shipped through Mexico is a “borrowed knife” for China that can be wielded against Americans while the country claims that it is not their weapon.

Intentional deployment. Fentanyl, a synthetic opioid far more lethal than heroin, is intentionally deployed against the United States, claiming tens of thousands of lives annually and becoming the leading cause of death for Americans under forty-five. This constitutes the most lethal peacetime attack in human history, with Beijing's hand evident at every stage of its spread. In 2021 alone, it claimed over 67,000 lives, more than American combat deaths in the wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Vietnam combined.

Full supply chain control. China's complicity extends beyond merely exporting precursor chemicals. It encompasses the entire fentanyl chain, from production to distribution, money laundering, and cartel communications.

• Production of basic chemicals (precursors) in China, often from state-owned companies.
• Creation of fentanyl and counterfeit pills in Mexico and the US.
• Distribution of the deadly drug within the United States.
• Facilitation of cartel financial transactions and money laundering through Chinese state banks.
• Facilitation of cartel communications networks (e.g., WeChat).

Historical parallels. Chinese military officers have acknowledged using drug warfare for decades, pushing heroin, then methamphetamine, and now fentanyl. This strategy is seen as a reversal of the 19th-century Opium Wars, where Western powers devastated Imperial China with opium, a historical grievance that Communist Chinese officials are determined to avenge.

3. US Leaders' Willful Blindness: Prioritizing Profit Over Protection

Perhaps even more shocking than Beijing’s aggressions toward us has been the willful blindness of our political leaders.

Ignoring clear evidence. Despite compelling evidence of China's deep and direct involvement in the fentanyl crisis and other aggressions, many US political leaders have remained largely silent or downplayed Beijing's culpability. They frame fentanyl deaths as a domestic drug crisis rather than a foreign attack, choosing to "gaze with vacant eyes" rather than expose the danger.

Financial and political motives. This "willful blindness" is attributed to corruption and self-interest. Some leaders, including President Joe Biden, Senator Mitch McConnell, Congressman Adam Schiff, former president Barack Obama, and California Governor Gavin Newsom, have financial ties to the Chinese state or Chinese-linked businesses, making them reluctant to disrupt lucrative relationships. Acknowledging the truth would force difficult choices that could dramatically disrupt the lives and livelihoods of elites from Silicon Valley to Wall Street, who often finance political campaigns.

Consequences of inaction. The failure to confront China has allowed the crisis to escalate, with hundreds of thousands of Americans dying. While debating domestic policy minutiae, leaders ignore Beijing's role in fueling social chaos and poisoning communities, effectively allowing "open season on Americans" and sabotaging future generations.

4. Arming Chaos: China's Role in Fueling US Criminal Violence

These tiny metal switches, made in China, promise nothing but mayhem on American streets.

Illegal weapon enhancements. China is actively contributing to rising violence and social chaos in the US by mass-shipping illegal weapon enhancement devices. These include "Glock switches" (auto sear switches) that convert handguns into fully automatic weapons, and firearm suppressors (silencers). These devices are illegal to own in China but openly produced and advertised on Chinese websites for sale to Americans.

Dramatic increase in violence. The proliferation of these devices has led to a dramatic increase in machine-gun fire incidents in American cities, with some areas seeing a 4,200% rise in just two years. In 2021, 80% of cities using gunshot detection technology experienced automatic gunfire. These Chinese-made parts are often mislabeled to evade US customs and are increasingly smuggled through Mexico, mirroring the fentanyl distribution strategy.

Lack of accountability. Despite the clear origin and impact of these weapons, US political leaders have largely ignored China's culpability. While advocating for domestic gun control, they remain silent on Beijing's role in arming criminals, demonstrating a focus on American gun manufacturers rather than foreign entities actively weaponizing US criminal gangs.

5. Weaponizing Division: Beijing's Strategy to Magnify Social Unrest

Beijing actively works from “across the river” to exacerbate social chaos and violence in our country.

Exploiting social fissures. Beijing views American social chaos and division as a national weakness, actively working to undermine the US by exploiting existing disagreements. This "Three Warfares" strategy—Public Opinion, Psychological, and Legal Warfare—aims to destroy enemies from within by steering unrest during peacetime, targeting the "soft underbelly" of America.

Proxies and propaganda. Chinese agents, including military officers and American extremist groups with pro-Beijing ties (e.g., Freedom Road Socialist Organization, Party for Socialism and Liberation, Chinese Progressive Association), actively promote racial division, civil unrest, and violence. They organize protests, amplify radical messages, and use online campaigns to heighten emotions and anger, often without disclosing their foreign links.

• In 2020, a PLA unit at the Chinese Consulate in Houston was recruiting and radicalizing Americans for Black Lives Matter protests.
• FRSO leaders expressed "joy" at the burning of a police station in Minneapolis.
• Chinese state media amplified narratives of American racism and decline.

Funding and influence. Mysterious figures like American billionaire Neville Roy Singham, who made his fortune with ties to Communist China and now lives there, fund radical groups in the US that push violent protests and adhere to a pro-Beijing script. These groups, often connected to the Democratic Socialists of America, are seen by Beijing as useful in sowing dissension and promoting its narrative of American decline.

6. TikTok and Digital Entertainment: A Dagger in a Smile for Youth

It is a dagger pointed at our children, hidden behind the smile of TikTok.

Cognitive warfare. Chinese military and Communist Party officials view apps like TikTok, video games, and movies as powerful "cultural products" to wage psychological and "cognitive warfare" against the West. TikTok, owned by the Chinese company ByteDance, is a "digital dopamine supermachine" designed to addict users and influence the brains of younger generations, with its algorithm designated as a "national security asset" by the Chinese government.

Data collection and censorship. TikTok's algorithm gathers vast amounts of user data, including "faceprints" and "voiceprints," which can be accessed by engineers in China. The platform also censors content critical of the Chinese government (e.g., Hong Kong, Tibet, Tiananmen Square) while promoting "positive energy" and "socialist core values," effectively acting as a propaganda tool.

• ByteDance has over 130 Communist Party members in management.
• Content reviewers prioritize CCP members.
• Over 300 employees have ties to Chinese state media.

"Spinach" vs. "Opium." The Chinese version of TikTok, Douyin, is starkly different, featuring educational content, patriotism, and strict time limits for children. In contrast, the global TikTok delivers "dumbed-down" entertainment, leading to "TikTok brain" phenomena, reduced attention spans, and antisocial behaviors among American youth, strategically shaping their aspirations away from academic or athletic achievements.

7. COVID-19: China's Strategic Exploitation of a Global Crisis

Whether the virus emerged from a lab leak, which seems very likely, or was simply a natural occurrence, as some people continue to insist, Beijing manipulated the world.

Maximizing global damage. From the fall of 2019, China concealed evidence of the virus's emergence in Wuhan, silenced whistleblowers, and blocked international investigations. Simultaneously, Beijing aggressively hoarded global supplies of personal protective equipment (PPE) by increasing imports and decreasing exports, then manipulated trade data to obscure these actions, maximizing the damage the virus would inflict on the West.

• In January 2020, Chinese imports of surgical masks jumped 278%, while exports plunged 48%.
• United Front groups globally were activated to buy and ship PPE to China.

Imposing authoritarian models. Beijing exploited the pandemic to advance its authoritarian system. It pushed Western leaders, including those in the US and Italy, to adopt draconian, police-enforced lockdowns, abandoning their own medical wisdom. This was facilitated by flawed computer models from institutions with ties to China (e.g., Imperial College London) and uncritical acceptance of China's fabricated success narrative by Western media.

Weaponizing medical supplies and information. China sold hoarded PPE back to desperate nations at inflated prices, often demanding public gratitude. It also actively undermined US efforts to develop treatments and vaccines through cyberattacks on biomedical research labs and stole COVID relief funds, while promoting a narrative that authoritarianism was the surest way to survive the pandemic.

8. The Lab Leak Cover-Up: Protecting China and Compromised US Officials

Politics had infected medical science; believing that the virus emerged from a lab leak somehow meant you were supporting Trump or at least helping him in the 2020 presidential campaign.

Suppression of inquiry. Key US health officials, including Dr. Anthony Fauci and Dr. Francis Collins, actively worked to suppress the lab leak theory, fearing it would "increase tensions and reduce cooperation" with China or implicate their own involvement in gain-of-function research. They promoted the "naturally occurring virus" narrative, despite internal concerns and evidence suggesting otherwise.

Conflicts of interest. Peter Daszak of EcoHealth Alliance, a recipient of US government funds for bat virus research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV), played a central role in steering the debate away from a lab leak. He drafted letters condemning "conspiracy theories" while concealing his own conflicts of interest and actively resisted releasing crucial genome data, claiming it would attract "unwelcome attention."

• Daszak was on WHO and Lancet committees investigating origins, despite his funding ties to WIV.
• He admitted to colleagues that he, Fauci, and others should not sign a statement on origins to maintain "distance."

Lack of accountability. The WIV, with its active Communist Party Committee and military ties, conducted dangerous gain-of-function research, some funded by Fauci's NIAID, under lax oversight. Despite warnings about safety and the lab's military connections, US officials shut down investigations into the virus's origins, effectively covering for China and potentially for their own roles in funding risky research.
