Denzil Meyrick
Denzil Meyrick was a Scottish bestselling novelist known for his crime fiction.
Before his writing career, he served as a police officer with Strathclyde Police, experience that informed his authentic portrayals of police work.
He later worked as a manager at Springbank Distillery in Campbeltown, Argyll.
Beginning in 2012, Meyrick dedicated himself to writing Scottish crime fiction novels, developing a devoted following particularly for his DCI Daley series set in Kintyre, Scotland.
He also served as executive director of media production company Houses of Steel, combining his storytelling talents across multiple mediums.
