Fleur Hitchcock

Fleur Hitchcock is a British children's author born in Chobham and raised in Winchester.

She began writing stories at a young age and later pursued a career in Applied Art in Bath.

After two decades in that field, Hitchcock completed a Writing for Young People MA at Bath Spa University, graduating with distinction.

Her writing journey began in earnest when her younger child was seven.

Now residing outside Bath, Hitchcock balances her time between parenting, writing, and other pursuits such as gardening and working with her husband, a toy maker.
