Diego Enrique Osorno
Diego Enrique Osorno is a Mexican reporter and writer born in 1980 in Monterrey.
He has documented major conflicts in Mexico and Latin America, earning recognition as one of the New Chroniclers of the Indies.
Osorno has received numerous awards for his journalism, including the Italian "A mano disarmata" prize and Mexico's National Journalism Award.
His books, such as "El Cártel de Sinaloa" and "La Guerra de los Zetas," have been acclaimed as top non-fiction literature.
Osorno has also ventured into filmmaking and social regeneration projects.
He has taught at the University of Monterrey and writes a weekly column for Maspormas newspaper.
